Bid to host a TEC LAN
on your campus

Now accepting venue bids for Fall 2026 collegiate events. Hosting puts your program in front of every Texas collegiate program, recruits HS athletes through TEC's scholastic pipeline, and showcases your campus to a statewide audience.

Venue Requirements

What we look for in a host venue

  • Seating for 50+ spectators in a dedicated room or hall
  • 12-42 high-spec PC stations or console setups, depending on title
  • Reliable wired network (1 Gbps minimum, dedicated VLAN preferred)
  • Parking accessible to non-students
  • On-campus or nearby food and lodging for traveling teams
  • A staff or student lead willing to coordinate gameday with TEC
