Bid to host a TEC LAN on your campus.

We are now accepting venue bids for Fall 2026 collegiate events. Hosting puts your program in front of every Texas collegiate program, recruits HS athletes through TEC's scholastic pipeline, and showcases your campus to a statewide audience.

What we look for in a host venue

  • A dedicated room or hall with seating for 50+ spectators

  • 8–32 high-spec PC stations or console setups depending on the title

  • Reliable wired network capacity (1 Gbps minimum, dedicated VLAN preferred)

  • Parking accessible to non-students

  • On-campus or nearby food and lodging for traveling teams

  • A staff or student lead willing to coordinate gameday with TEC
